Procedure - Stage 1
Day 1 - Preparation

The pool is drained.
A licenced gas fitter is called in to disconnect all services running to the pool, when required.
Preparation of the site:
Possibly removing a section of fence for access.
Install a plywood road, so not to damage the path to the swimming pool with fill in material.

- dismantling pump
- remove heater
- remove tarps
- remove diving boards, slides, etc.

Day 2 - Preparation Continued
Cut or break deck surrounding pool.
Cut the 4 ft x 4ft drainage holes into the bottom of the pool.
Stairs into the pool removed to be below grade.
The sides of the pool are cut down 18" to 24" below grade.
